There is a huge difference between doing well in a class as an undergraduate and doing cutting-edge research as a post-graduate student. We at STEMM Global, being committed to the nurturing of aspiring young scientists, believe that getting a taste of the life of a researcher is vital for an undergrad. With this in mind, we offer a bursary to support summer internships with an established academic.

Undergraduate students at any level who got a provisional acceptance from the host supervisor

How to apply

  • Complete the Application Form in the STEMM Global Member Area;

  • Decision on application is made within 5 weeks from submission day.

Eligibility

  • You must be registered student for undergraduate programme at higher education institution in any of the STEMM disciplines;
  • You must be a member of STEMM Global Society;
  • You agree to be video interviewed by STEMM Global Society after completion of your internship to share your experience with peers.

How to receive funding

The bursary is awarded in the form of cash via bank transfer on the completion of the internship and after final interview with awardee.
